Horseradish Mash

Normal     Fork Mashable     Thick Purée



2kg potatoes

200g butter

1 tbsp horseradish sauce

salt and pepper



Add peeled, cut potatoes to boiling water and cook for 15-20 mins until soft.

Drain and mash with butter, salt and pepper.

When mashed, stir in horseradish sauce.
