Brownies with White Chocolate Buttons

Fork Mashable: Mash the brownie with custard, cream or natural yogurt

Ingredients

Serves 20

375g dark chocolate
375g unsalted butter at room temperature
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
6 eggs
350g caster sugar
225g plain flour
250g white chocolate buttons
Method

Preheat oven 180 °C
Prepare baking tin (grease)
Melt butter and chocolate together in bowl over a pan of boiling water
In a mixing bowl beat eggs with sugar and vanilla extract
Sift flour into another bowl with pinch of salt
When chocolate mixture has melted allow to cool before beating in eggs and sugar, then flour
Fold in white chocolate buttons, beat slightly
Add to baking tin
Bake for 25mins until top dries to paler brown and centre is dark and gooey.
