Blueberry (‘any berry’) Smoothie

Fruity, tasty and filling. It does not have to be blueberries it can be any fruit you fancy.

Ingredients

150g blueberries
300ml full fat milk
200ml natural yogurt
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 banana (chopped)
1 teaspoon mixed flax seeds (optional)
2 ice cubes (optional)

Method

Put all ingredients in a blender and run until smooth.
Serve immediately.
